All purchases are subject to the Google Play Store refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly. For refund requests, contact Google Play support within 48 hours of purchase.
You may upload photos of your pets ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Aetris a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the App solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The AI-generated content delivered to you through the App (astrological readings, oracle cards, etc.) is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
We strive to maintain the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that any astrological content will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aetris and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aetris and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the App.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
